about

"McGill's Appointment" is a short story by the little-known author, Elsie Ellis. The tale first appeared in Weird Tales Magazine in January 1926, and tells of a prisoner, who, despite his incarceration, seems determined to keep a promise he made as a free man, five years earlier.
